With a focus on driving organizational growth and profitability, Marc played a pivotal role in the expansion of the world’s largest cross-category promotional products supplier, culminating in a successful Private Equity exit. He also spearheaded the exponential growth of a global supplier in the food industry, overseeing the distribution of fruits, vegetables, tuna, and pet food to retail and foodservice channels at Del Monte Foods. Furthermore, he led a transformative initiative at H.J. Heinz, a leading supplier of foodservice and retail food products.

His expertise spans a diverse range of industries, including Food & Consumer Packaged Goods, Retail, Distribution/Logistics, Entertainment Technology, and Promotional Products. Within these domains, Marc excels in Executive Advisory, Information Technology Planning and Operations, Business Strategy, Integration, and Executive Alignment, New Business & Technology Business Models/Architecture, Customer Experience & Digital Integration, ERP and Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, and Mergers & Acquisitions Due Diligence.

Marc’s operational effectiveness is underscored by his successful orchestration of numerous Enterprise Transformation Programs. He has overseen the implementation of custom and packaged ERP solutions, as well as other business systems across global enterprises. His initiatives have led to streamlined customer service operations, accelerated supply chain processes, and notable improvements in demand and operational planning, enabling exponential revenue growth.

Notably, Marc led a large-scale corporate merger integration, consolidating seven businesses to deliver enhanced business operations, resulting in annual cost savings exceeding $400 Million.

Marc holds a Masters of Management in Operations Management from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Carnegie-Mellon University. He is also recognized as a CPIM Fellow.
