As the Project Manager, he oversaw the implementation of a global Spend Management solution for a leading international bank with a significant $5 Billion in indirect spend. Additionally, he served as the Finance Lead for M&A Integration at the world’s largest airline.

His industry expertise spans Healthcare & Life Sciences, Financial Services, Consumer Packaged Goods, Retail, Distribution & Manufacturing, and Transportation and Package Delivery, as well as Distribution/Logistics/3PL.

Within these domains, Mike has excelled in Program Leadership, Architecture Design & Implementation, Systems Design and Development, Enterprise Application Integration, Packaged Software Implementation, and Organizational Change Management.

As a Transformation Leader, Mike has delivered successful initiatives in a variety of challenging situations. Notable accomplishments include serving as Solution Architect for a finance transformation at a $1.5 Billion News, Media & Publisher, and leading a transformation effort for a North American insurance company with over $75 Billion in Assets Under Management (AUM). Recently, Mike led an effort to digitize and automate the supply chain at a leading venture-backed retailer and convenience store chain.

Mike is a Villanova University graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. With over a decade of experience at Deloitte Consulting, Mike focused on driving large-scale global transformations enabled by ERPs and cutting-edge technologies.
