Mike Frye is a Partner at SimplyPut. With an extensive background in leadership and technology Mike demonstrated exceptional proficiency in developing and implementing transformative initiatives. He has spearheaded the creation and execution of multiple cutting-edge Project Management Office’s, seamlessly integrating project management procedures from task identification to automated Power BI management reporting. Furthermore, he also led Lean Six Sigma DMAIC initiatives, employed robotic process automation, and developed advanced analytics to enhance project triage and approval process.

Mike’s industry expertise encompasses Life Sciences/Pharma, Aerospace/Transportation, Private Equity, Finance, and Government sectors. Within these domains his experience includes Digital Transformation, Process Automation (RPA), Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, PMO Implementation, Process Design, Agile Transformation, Systems Design and Development, and Program Management.

Previously, Mike served as deputy CIO to develop and deliver a roadmap to further leverage IT as a value driver in organizations across different business units and acted as a project sponsor for all technology enablement projects using automation, data analytics, low-code development, and process improvement. Furthermore, he played a pivotal role in expanding solutions to digitize and streamline previously manual procurement processes and achieved substantial cost savings for the organization.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Penn State University. Prior to joining SimplyPut, he worked for Ernst & Young and IBM.
