Kent Dolby, Founder and Senior Partner at SimplyPut, started his career in what is now Accenture where he served clients that made everything from toothpaste to nuclear submarines implementing innovative technology solutions even winning a Smithsonian award for Sikorsky Helicopters for the integration of disparate technologies. He rose through several responsibilities including Regional Industry Director for Northeast Process & Energy Practice, Managing Partner Americas Chemicals, Managing Partner Asia/Pacific Resources and Global Managing Partner Natural Resources with full P&L responsibility.

Mr. Dolby was sourced to be the Founding President & CEO of Elemica, the Chemical Industry B2B consortia founded by Dow, DuPont, Bayer, BASF, BP, Shell, Total and Rohm & Haas along with 14 other chemical companies. Instead of building a marketplace, he built a technology infrastructure company to integrate buyer, supplier, and logistics service provider ERP systems taking significant costs, errors and delays out of their supply chains. He built the company to cash flow breakeven based on patented custom technology. The company processes over $600 Billion of goods annually.

With a rich background spanning Industrial Products, Hi-Tech & Electronics, Life Sciences, Distribution/Logistics, and more, Kent’s global expertise extends across 50+ countries. His extensive domain knowledge encompasses Business Strategy, M&A, ERP, Supply Chain Management, Generative AI and Data Analytics.

He holds a BS in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research from Cornell University and an MBA from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University. He has served as an Adjunct Professor at the Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh.
